除已拆封的貨品等，消費者在購買後享有收到貨品後隔日起算七日內請求解約退貨，貨品寄出及退回運費將由消費者自行負擔。

  • 貨品有缺陷瑕疵 （包含但不限於品質瑕疵、運送過程毀損等）
  • 貨品與貨品頁說明不符（包含但不限於貨品用途、貨品功能等）

其他非上述所列情況，貨品寄出及退回運費將由消費者自行負擔。

跨境交易商品通關時，如遇收件地區海關收取稅金，相關稅金與費用應由收件方負擔。
