商品出貨、換貨、退貨都是由3Tracks 處理。申請退款時，請與我們聯繫並告知原因。

除已拆封的貨品等，消費者在購買後享有收到貨品後隔日起算七日內請求解約退貨，貨品寄出及退回運費將由消費者自行負擔。

當貨品有以下情況時，貨品退回運費由3Tracks負擔：

  • 與訂單不符的貨品（包含但不限於貨品規格、樣式、數量等不符）
  • 貨品有缺陷瑕疵 （包含但不限於品質瑕疵、運送過程毀損等）
  • 貨品與貨品頁說明不符（包含但不限於貨品用途、貨品功能等）

其他非上述所列情況，貨品寄出及退回運費將由消費者自行負擔。

跨境交易商品通關時，如遇收件地區海關收取稅金，相關稅金與費用應由收件方負擔。
